Promenade Apartments are located in the heart of Ortisei, right on the Luis Trenker pedestrian walkway and surrounded by a delightful garden. Boasting a marvelous location overlooking the village and bathed in sunlight, the apartments allow you to enjoy charming views over the Sella mountain range, the Sassolungo, and Alpe di Siusi. 

Only a few minutes' walk from the apartments you will find the most beautiful summer excursions in the Dolomites (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), exciting skiing routes in Dolomiti Superski (including the Sellaronda loop and many other circuits), and Ortisei's pedestrian area, which is packed with shops and services.

The apartment is located on the top floor and consists of:

  • two-bedroom apartment with satellite TV: one room with double bed and the other with 2 single beds
  • two bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet and hair dryer

Location

Our house is situated in a quiet yet central location on the southern side of Ortisei.

Val Gardena can be reached using the Brenner Motorway (A 22).
Coming from north, follow the route Innsbruck - Brennero - Chiusa. Coming from south, follow Verona - Trento - Bolzano. Take the Chiusa/Val Gardena exit. Following the well-marked roads, you should reach Ortisei in about 20 minutes.
At your arrival at Ortisei follow the yellow hotel route.

In winter, the Dolomiti Superski ski resort is a white dream landscape. Explore the area while skiing or improve your technique with a ski instructor of the ski schools in Ortisei.

In summer a extraordinary variety of natural beauty.
Enjoy the unique, beautiful landscape during a bike tour, an excursion or a climb to the peaks of the Dolomites!
